Product Prices: SAS Electric reserves the right to determine the prices of products on the platform and may modify such prices at any time. Any price updates shall become effective immediately upon being published on the platform, in accordance with the latest update.
Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
SAS Electric (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing a reliable and transparent delivery experience for all customers across Egypt.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes:

2. Delivery Coverage & Transit Times
2.1. Serviceable Areas
SAS Electric ships to all governorates across Egypt through our logistics partner Bosta.
Delivery availability in specific cities or remote areas is subject to Bosta’s coverage map and may change without prior notice.
2.2. Transit Times
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
Other governorates: 2–5 business days
2.3. Delivery Time Commitments
All transit times and delivery windows are best-effort commitments based on normal operating conditions.
Actual delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., public holidays, weather conditions, traffic, security restrictions, or other exceptional events).
3. Shipping Fees
3.1. Standard Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery area (governorate and city/area) and will be displayed to the customer at checkout.
Different areas are subject to different delivery charges according to our logistics partner’s tariffs.
4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
4.1. COD Availability & Limit
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available in eligible serviceable areas as per our logistics partner’s coverage and internal risk controls.
The maximum allowed order value for COD is EGP 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Egyptian Pounds).
Orders that exceed this limit will be available via non-COD payment methods only (e.g., card payment or other approved electronic payment methods).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp from Bosta.
You can also track your order at any time from the “Track Your Order” page on saselectric.shop.
Return Policy
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
We accept returns only if the item meets all of the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)
The item has not been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical impact
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom-cut cables, wires, or any made-to-order products
Software, digital licenses, or downloadable products once activated
Products with broken safety seals or tampered packaging
Items that have been installed, used, or modified
Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at checkout
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact SAS Electric within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form at saselectric.shop. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a return approval along with a Bosta return label or drop-off instructions.
Step 3: Securely repack the item in its original packaging and attach the Bosta label. Hand the package to the Bosta courier or drop it at the nearest Bosta point.
Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the item (2–3 business days after pickup), we will confirm the refund or process the exchange.
Important: Do not ship items back without prior written approval. Unapproved returns may be refused and returned to the sender at their own expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or wrong items: Return shipping costs are fully covered by SAS Electric.
Change of mind: The Bosta return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges: A re-delivery fee applies for shipping the replacement item to the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Submit clear photos of the item and its packaging to our support team via WhatsApp or email.
SAS Electric will arrange a free replacement or full refund, at the customer’s preference.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
1. Payment & Refund Processing
All payments on saselectric.shop are processed through Crédit Agricole Egypt. Approved refunds are returned to the customer’s original payment method.
2. Refund Timelines
Credit/Debit card payments: The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer. The customer must provide a valid IBAN or bank account number when submitting the return request.
3. Non-Refundable Amounts
The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on SAS Electric’s part (e.g., wrong item delivered or item arrived defective).
Return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns will be deducted from the refund total.
4. Refund Delays
Bank processing times are outside SAS Electric’s control.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different specification, voltage rating, or compatible product of equal or greater value.
To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement item in your request.
Stock availability will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
